Are you tolerating or thriving?

Are you feeling the need for change?  Where in your life does this resonate? Work? Relationships? Friends?

Let’s explore how or why we choose to stay unchanged when life becomes unhealthy.  It may start as a subtle discomfort.  Red flags can often dance across the inner vision of our mind and we let them drift into the background.  Measuring ourselves against others can give a false sense of acceptance whether it is “not as good” or “it’s not as bad”.  Events that create inner disruption but then can settle into a somewhat calm that we accept as tolerable.

Creating a life of joy is not only important for your well being, it is good for the others in your life.  Let’s start with evaluating what is truly important to you.  Start with asking yourself “who am I?”  “What is important to me and what do I want?” It took me time to answer these and I watched it shift as I evolved.  There are no wrong answers. Yes, some of the answers may be similar but they must feel true to you.

To help you find what is important, get curious about your answers to these questions.  Is there something within you that you are happy with or are there changes you wish to create?

  • What traits do you possess that make you feel really good?

  • How do you want to act?  Why is that important to you?

  • Is honesty something you live by?  Do you use white lies to avoid different types of conflict?

  • Do you find value in communication or avoid it for fear of conflict?

  • What are your feelings around boundaries?  Do you have healthy boundaries for yourself?  Do you know what healthy boundaries look like?  If you don’t, you are not alone. Many do not know how to do this.

  • What brings you immense joy?

These questions are meant to get you curious.  Finding your true answers takes time and may take a few tries before the answers feel like yours.  Getting to know yourself can be hard and liberating at the same time.

What would you change in your life that would make a difference in your sense of personal power or freedom?

What is necessary for change?  An action carefully planned to achieve a specific result is the path forward.

How do you gauge your readiness for change?

  1. You Must change.

  2. Believe that you can.

  3. You believe you must change now.  Now is the time with a sense of urgency.

  4. You need to believe it is up to you.  There is no one coming to rescue you.

  5. You need to be ready to change for you and you alone.  Not for anyone else.

  6. DECIDE, create the PLAN and BEGIN.

If your answer to number two is Yes then go for it!  If you do not feel you can AND you still want to, I encourage you to book a free 45 minute discovery call and see how coaching can not only help you make changes, it can help you with feeling liberated in your own life.

My mission is to help others find their peace, experience freedom and bring more joy back into their lives.
